Roger Royse Law

He regularly advises on complex tax structuring, high stakes business negotiations, and large international financial transactions.

The Royse Foundation is a Palo Alto based 501(c)(3) organization that supports selected charitable causes through fundraising, events and donations. In 2012, the Royse Foundation created the campaign “Motion to Dismiss Cancer” to raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) in support of Roger Royse’s successful 2012 LLS Man of the Year campaign. As part of that campaign, Team Motion to Dismiss Cancer and the Foundation staged numerous local events, including a concert, fashion show, 5K race, Zumba-thon and several VC auctions, all of which are described online at www.M2DCancer.com. The Royse Foundation also promotes causes that advance the development of sustainable agriculture, food production and emerging technologies and sponsors the Silicon Valley AgTech Conference.
